Aventura!
Six business partners, four men and two women, run an economically mediocre company when they accept to sell it to a Chinese businessperson. This hilarious comedy with touches of drama puts on stage the collective conflict lived by its protagonists, their fears, anxieties and miseries without an apparent drama, navigating amidst a comedy full of wit and a suprising plot twist at the end. Our protagonists will see the possibility of making a bigger win on the sale than initially expected putting in evidence a lack of morals the spectators will be surprised by.

There are six protagonist women. They are caught up in circumstances that change their lives forever. A man goes away for a few days on a business trip, leaving his wife alone at home. The mystery begins when during his absence the woman starts to receive threatening anonymous phone calls. A policewoman gets involved and begins to put two and two together. Her investigations lead her to a flat occupied by a group of women who conceal their shadowy past: two twin sisters who loved the same man, a third sister who had a difficult childhood, and a friend who is kind and down to earth despite having gone through very hard times. They all share feelings of love, friendship, hate and envy which, flavoured with strong doses of black humour and suspense, help to explain the reasons for everything.
Delicades
Nineteen stories inspired by a childhood, that of Sanzol, lived among grandmothers and aunts. It was scenes of the past viewed through a contemporary lens, as if it were a selection of photographies or film videos in black and white which thanks to technology suddenly were bursting with lively colors. The Spanish civil war and postwar periods serve as historical contexts of many of the stories led by women who at first glance look delicate but who are way stronger than the male characters who share the stage with them.
Dones com jo
The plot starts when one of the women, the architect, decides to leave one night and not go back to her home, husband and son. She decides to move into a studio in the area of El Raval, a part of the city she barely even knows. There, she recluses herself in her new place where she eats pizza and watches TV all day long. Her good friends, who she met when she was a teenager and are the same age as her, won’t allow her hermit’s life plans. They constantly worry and console her, wanting her friend to get over what they think is a depression. But she is perfectly fine and conscious of what she is doing. What happened to her then? Why did she decide to leave her home? Will she leave that studio to get her past life back? She does not want to talk about it and it is exactly the lack of words that drive her friends to also ask themselves which lives they have. Indeed being a woman close to her fifties with a bunch of long forgotten dreams and too much common sense in a crisis context proves itself to be a tougher experience than they could have ever expected… The piece revolves around the concept of friendship, a fitting theme since it makes the most out of the real friendship that has united all actresses involved for more than twenty years.

Pain can take many forms, from physical to the spiritual. The four characters tell us about it in the play, in the form of a comedy-drama. E.V.A. is the Catalan acronym for the visual analog scale of pain (V.A.S. in English), a line marked with ten points used to measure the degree of pain a particular subject experiences. They speak to us of the poetry that sometimes accompanies it and present us with a list of the different forms it takes based on the stories of four old school friends: an actress who suffers a mental block and can’t sing; an anaesthetist – an expert on V.A.S. – who has ended up anaesthetizing her feelings; a single mother about to let her daughter (Eva!) fly the nest, and an estate agent who has never dared to make her own choices in life.

The calidoscopic structure consisting of seven sketches connected by one core concept left him fascinated. A new world opened up for the young playwriter and a new way of leading his creations on stage was found.

The 8 characters seem to be from a theater company in the start of the last century devoted to acting exercises that seek ultimate virtuosity. Indeed, while rehearsing in front of the audience the actors and actresses unleashed their miseries and differences while unconditionally supporting one another once one of them reached an instant of true acting.
